Daily Activities
DAY 1
Arriving & Grounding
Settle into the retreat space, meet the group, and set intentions for your journey. Begin with gentle yoga, breathwork, and somatic movement to release tension and arrive fully in the present moment. Spend the afternoon resting, exploring, or journaling. In the evening, engage in the first group constellation session to begin uncovering hidden patterns. Close the day with a reflective sharing circle.
DAY 2
Releasing the Past
Start the day with yoga and meditation to awaken the body and mind. Use the spacious afternoon for relaxation, swimming, or quiet reflection. The evening’s constellation session will focus on identifying and letting go of past patterns that no longer serve you. End the day with group sharing to integrate insights.
DAY 3
Embracing Change
Deepen into somatic practices and breathwork to build resilience for navigating life’s transitions. Spend the afternoon journaling, walking in nature, or simply resting. The evening’s constellation work will explore stepping into the unknown with courage. Close the day with a supportive sharing circle.
DAY 4
Aligning with Your True Self
Begin with movement and meditation to connect with your inner wisdom. Use the free time to reflect on personal growth and goals. The constellation session will focus on aligning with your true self and purpose. The closing circle will help solidify these insights.
DAY 5
Integrating & Embodying Transformation
A final morning of yoga and somatic work will help you integrate the journey. Spend the afternoon in quiet reflection or connecting with others. The last group constellation session will bring together all you’ve discovered, followed by a heartfelt closing circle to celebrate your transformation.
DAY 6
Departure & New Beginnings
A gentle morning practice to seal your experience and prepare for your next steps. Share a final breakfast with the group before saying goodbye, carrying the retreat’s insights and connections into your life beyond.

My name is Athena Sidi
I am a yoga teacher, facilitator of Systemic Constellation workshops, and organizer of yoga retreats in Greece and abroad. My approach integrates techniques such as acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, shiatsu, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), helping individuals connect more deeply with themselves and discover solutions to personal and professional challenges. My goal is to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being through experiential sessions and tools that foster self-awareness, balance, and healing.

Location
The retreat begins with a pickup from the port of Patmos, a picturesque harbor where the island’s serene beauty welcomes you. From there, you’ll travel to Sapsila, a peaceful seaside village known for its tranquil atmosphere and stunning views. Nestled between rolling hills and the crystal-clear Aegean Sea, Sapsila provides the perfect setting for rest, reflection, and deep transformation.
