Located on the stunning Tigaki Beach, the accommodations offer a serene haven after a day of activities, featuring private one-bedroom apartments with en-suite bathrooms. Nearby, a beautiful nature reserve with a flamingo-inhabited salt lake awaits, just a short ride away. Positioned on the outskirts of Tigaki, the retreat provides easy access to swimming pools and various activities, while maintaining a tranquil setting. For those who enjoy guided exploration, Kos offers an array of guided hikes. These excursions, led by expert guides, take you through hidden gems, ancient ruins, and breathtaking landscapes. Daily Activities

DAY 1

Saturday - Arrival

Your retreat begins with a warm welcome as you arrive in the evening. After settling in, you'll join your fellow participants for a delightful evening meal, followed by a welcome gathering. This is a perfect opportunity to meet others and set the tone for the week ahead.

DAY 2

Sunday -

The first full day of the retreat kicks off with a nutritious breakfast to fuel your day. The morning features a variety of fitness activities, including cross-training, boxing, TRX, HIIT, or kettlebell workouts, followed by a refreshing hike through the beautiful surroundings. Mid-morning, you'll head to the beach for an invigorating aqua fitness session. The afternoon is dedicated to relaxation and mindfulness with a stretch and relaxation session that includes breathwork or yoga. The day concludes with a healthy evening meal and a peaceful sunset Pilates session, leaving you feeling rejuvenated.

DAY 3

Monday -

Monday's schedule starts with breakfast, followed by a yoga session to enhance flexibility and mindfulness. Afterward, you can explore the local terrain on another invigorating hike. The day includes a second aqua fitness session at the beach, perfect for cooling down after your morning activities. In the evening, after a nourishing meal, you can unwind with sunset Pilates, a serene way to end the day.

DAY 4

Tuesday -

Following breakfast, you'll dive into a dynamic mix of fitness routines, including cross-training, boxing, TRX, HIIT, or kettlebells. The morning is again highlighted by a hike, allowing you to soak in the natural beauty around you. As the day winds down, you'll enjoy a special evening meal in Zia Village, giving you a taste of local culture and cuisine.

DAY 5

Wednesday -

This day mirrors the earlier ones, starting with breakfast and a series of intensive fitness sessions. Your morning hike is followed by an afternoon focused on relaxation, where you'll participate in stretch and breathwork exercises or yoga. The evening wraps up with another wholesome meal and sunset Pilates, ensuring a balanced mix of activity and rest.

DAY 6

Thursday - Thursday is designated as an additional activity day, offering a variety of optional experiences. After breakfast, you can choose from activities like horse riding, a 3-island cruise, a traditional Hamam visit, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), windsurfing, or simply enjoying the beach. If there's enough interest, an evening class can also be arranged. (activities on this day are not included in the price)

DAY 7

Friday -

Friday continues with more opportunities for additional activities, allowing you to explore new experiences or revisit your favorites from Thursday. The evening features a final meal with the group, providing a chance to reflect on the week's activities and achievements.

DAY 8

Saturday - DepartureOn your final morning, you'll enjoy breakfast with the group before departing. The retreat concludes with a sense of accomplishment and relaxation, leaving you refreshed and inspired.

With a deep passion for wellness and movement, Gilly has built a thriving community focused on health and balance. In 2022, she expanded her offerings by hosting rejuvenating retreats that combine Pilates, relaxation, and the serene beauty of Kos. Gilly's expertise and warm approach make her retreats a unique experience for those seeking to enhance their well-being in a peaceful Mediterranean setting.
